Trevor asked if anyone ending phase 1 or higher could pm him
he will send you a questionairre to complete , then put you into the clinical study site and provide user login and password.
any issues dont hesitate send me a message.

woody .
you know i was going to explain this but i was feeling lazy .. 
now look what youve made me do ..  
a pm = private message
to send one to trevor ...left click on hte members button (near the top of the screen)
a page will load with the alphabet .. left click d .. (hes under dr trevor marshall)
and hes on page 5 of the the results.
left click his name and you will see a menu ..
left click private message and then a box will appear .. reguest access to phase 2 mp site .. and throw in a good joke ..
like where do you find a dog with no legs ?
same place you left him
