hi all,
vit. d tests weren't ready,will find out within the week,they send those tests out of town. As I scanned the sites today,a man named manny came across for me to reply to.Depression is beatable.I have done this and relieving most of your pain can be controlled also.
I found that when you are unaware of the inner presence that we really are,the brain takes over and gives you messages of dispair.
Ask yourself this, When you are feeling bad and your head tells you negative thoughts WHOES LISTENING??????? It is the mind that heard all the negative from when we were young,parents teachers,others that told you you could,shouldn't and that they wouldn't. That same mind will try to tell you your future,get you all hyped up just to fall when it doesn't turn out as you imagined(opperative word being imagined). Many expressions in common usage,and at times in the structure itself reveal tha tpeople don't know who they really are.
He lost his life or "my life". The truth is: you don't have a life...you ARE life. The One life experiences itself as a stone,tree,galaxy or "us". Can you sense deeply within that you already know that? You cannot find yourself in the future or the past,your life is happening NOW. I have found that when I stop and enjoy the moment,that there is no past or future there is only now,this moment.When I do this I become free of that voice that keeps us in stress. You can only find yourself in the present moment as in reality nothing else exists
stop making yourself up with a story...I'm sick,I have this or that,no,no,you are not an object!! By knowing yourself as the awareness in which phenomenal existense happens,you become free of dependency on phenomena and free of self-seeking in situations,places,and conditions. In other words:what happens or doesn't happen is not important anymore,things lose their seriousness. Playfulness comes to your life,I know...you recognize this world as a "cosmic dance",the dance of form,no more or less. good healing....bon

hello all,
got more news from blood tests,kidneys are weak and have to go back on metformin,also doc switched me to a t3 med called armour for the fluctuating thyroid.All herxing has stopped for weeks now am thinking of moving to the 75mino,will soon get vit. d results.If the herxing has continued w/no heart or liver problems I am proceeding on mon. may 18th with 75mino...............good healing,bonbon

hello,
just reporting that I am having a little heavier breathing than usual.Woke up this morning with extra flegm and noticing that just walking across the room is making me out of breath. I am back to using my breathing treatments a little more now,but cardiac herxing isn't apparent and won't be I hope,that's a little scary. Hands are swollen and feeling a little like bear paws. I took my 2nd 75mino dose today.gonna sit in a hot bath,good healing,bon

I've been too cautious to take baths hot
you're braver than I am, also 75mg Mino was my wake-up dose level
i'd better take this as a challenge
hotter baths sound good now winter is coming on

your funny,winter coming on!!!! I live in california and summer is coming on  I learned from a physical theraphist that heat helps with arthritic like symptoms. He showed me by putting my stiff hands in very warm water.My hands actually became unstiff as they were submerged.He explained that with injurys to those who haven't the th1 diseases need cold then hot,whereas those who have the th1's are better relieved with warmer techniques.So I suggest that you try what I just described,if hands or feet are swollen in the joints to try that first before doing the bath,personally I love it,cold water makes me hurt.good healing,bon

all is mellowing out but for the joint swelling.my neuropathy is mellowing out also.the buzzing feels less somehow,so am feeling in the feet the swelling pressure more than the buzzing.Hope this makes sense,just happy that the toes aren't on FIRE right now. I believe that the mind has lots to do with relieving the pain.Reading a book called the presense process right now,very powerful. I have always believed that my illness was caused by a cause and effect of circumstances. That we can heal ourselves by going within.Also read gregg bradens "walking between the worlds" and "the god code" facsinating stuff about what scientist are finding out about our bodies and dna. all is actual stuff that you can research.I know in the begining of my journey with thmp starting in 2005 alot of the healing I got so quickly to get off the oxygen had to do with my attitude and belief that it wasn't my time to go.
I have only been on the mp this time since nov I think and the clicking that I had in my hand joints,in the fingers went away overnite.good healing all,b

hello all,
will be offline for a week or so,just got the news that my best friend of 41yrs has confirmed breast cancer,I lost my sister to this horrible disease,so as much as I hate to admit it I am afraid for her.She has worked all her life and wasn't able to afford health care for herself,thank goodness for the health depts womens clinic. We desparetly need universal health care for those as my friend who are the bread winners in their families,she has 2 kids,my sister left a 9-17 yr old behind.Please call or email your congressperson,right now they are in sessions debating this particular issue,thank you good healing,b

hi all,
got my vit. d's today.1,250 is28 and the 25 is 16. My diabetes is acting up and the renal stats were high. Will retest in 3 months if still high then will switch meds from metformin to another.good healing bon

I'm ok,it takes quite a bit to stress me actually. My sugar was good in testing it at home so I slacked on taking my metformin.I have basically a veggie diet.I only eat meat when me body craves it and then I eat chicken(don't really like beef). I meditate quite often twice a day and it keeps you mellow,but thanx just the same.If anything I am worried about the hate crime terrorist that are killing folks here in the states.Just had another far right crazy go off in the holocaust museum here.We have gotten safe from the al quaeda to face homegrown terrorists. This is my soul purpose for even doing this mp.I feel the more of us out there that are not into hate could spiritually offset the negative mindsets.It's a theory that is tried and true and what I live for.
I have toes burning today and just really tired so am gonna close for now good healing,bonbon
