- Date of CFS onset - 4/1/2007
- Surgery? 1/24/2007 - Removed Kidney as a result of finding a tumer RCC
-The date the blood was drawn: 11/26/2008
-Which lab did the tests? Quest
- 25-D? 54 ng/mL
- eGFR? 49L
-Was the 1,25-D sample was frozen for shipment? 35 pg/mL
-How long have you been avoiding foods with vitamin D in them? 0 time just found your website.
-How long have you been avoiding sun/lights? 0 time just found your website.
-List all meds, supplements (both prescription and OTC) you have been taking and why. Vitamin C 1000mg with Rose Hip- 2 per day, you know I'm sorry I don't remember what else I was taking in November of 2008
-When and for how long have you taken prednisone or any other immunosuppressant in any form? was not taking
-When and for how long did you take Vitamin D supplements (including any vitamin-mineral supplements), omega-3 supplements and/or any kind of fish oil? was not taking it at the time
-Were you taking Benicar when the sample was drawn? was not taking
-Were you taking an ARB or or an ACE inhibitor when the sample was drawn? was not taking

We live in the Mid-Cities and are looking for a doctor in North Texas that understands CFS (my 14 year son has it) and practices MP - can you share your doctors name you use?
