D Metabolites test results
March , 2012 test results

Hi sallie,
I called my Dr. in MS and got them to fax the results of my D metabolites to the facility here. I have the three page copy of the report in my hands but have no idea what they mean or how to read them. I will put the numbers and what it says here and maybe you can interpet it for me :)
D,25 -DihydroxyvitaminD,S........23
25-Hydroxyvitamin D2 and D3, S
25 Hydroxy D2....................................<4.0
25 Hydroxy D3.................................... 12
25 Hydroxy D total.............................. 12
Interpetion: 10 -24(mild to moderate deficiency)
optimum levels in the normal population 25-80

All is well here just getting ready ;)

thanks for everything.

sstarli

you may have a look at threads here
http://www.curemyth1.org/forum5/
which could help you interpret the results

In Australia we get a single number for 25D
and a single number for 1,25D
(once you have started taking Olmesartan it is a waste of money to test 1,25D except perhaps after years of Olmetec it may help you work out if you are in stage 5 or not)
Sallie

hi sstarli
has your doctor accepted your papers and your plans yet
BTW someone could edit out any ref. to yr doctor & replace it with 'doctor X' if that would help at all ;)

Hi Sallie,

Yes, I have a Dr. and my prescriptions which I will have filled upon my dischrge from the facility I'm in until July 18th.
I'm here for physical therapy. Once I weaned off the steriods my strength and ability to use my legs and feet dissappeared .
I'm working on learning how to use a transfer board and building my arms up to compensate for my useless legs and feet.
My Dr. in Ms. asked me not to do any advertising for her until she sees how I'm going to do on the protocol. I promised her I would keep her name confidential. If I get better and she starts to become a "believer" I will ask her if she can be put on the list of prospective physicians to prescribe the MP.
I plan to start the Protocol the 1st week in August. They would not agree to letting me do it in the nursing home so I have to wait until I'm discharged and get settled close to my Dr.
Thank you for everything.

sstarli

Hi sstarli.....Did you have a blood clot or was it a Baker's Cyst caused by Lyme Disease.  Just curious as I had a Baker's Cyst behind my left knee!
