I take 300g of 5http at night and when I work out creatine monohydrate 5ml. The 5http is for depression which is really plaging me and the creatine is to be able to work out because i have fybromyalgia.
I use natural progeterone and testosterone for management menstrual periods. I see that the hormones seem to be contraindicated is this so even if they are natural hormone replacement therapy?
Is the Http and creatine monohydrate ok?

Hi Mavis.
Hormones will affect the immune response and may hinder progress. However, sometimes a palliative is really necessary while gaining stability on the Benicar. In that case the rule is to try to wean all palliatives as soon as possible.
Some people will try to wean from time to time to see if they are able yet. The hormones are particularly something to wean carefully, once the Benicar is in place. Perhaps delaying the minocycline until you are weaned.
Exercise while on the MP is not encouraged. Your body will be working very, very hard to heal and exercise can rob you of what you need to make it through the treatment. However, staying active, gently, will help move lymph and maintain function. That is non-aerobic, stretching, walking, etc.
See these MP knowledge base articles:
Non-MP treatments
Physical activity and exercise
Length of the Marshall Protocol
Lifestyle modifications
Hormone and pro-hormone therapy
I strongly encourage you to spend a little time studying the articles in the MP knowledge base. There are over 400 articles and it is almost 70% complete at this time.

Thank you for your reply. I am working through all the articles and the links. I read the phase 1 pdf at least three plus time just to understand it lol.
I will go off the hormones as recommended and not pursue vigorous exercise but go gently.I still have to do the D metabolites and talk to my doctor about the MP.I can't wait to start , I have already started cutting down on the vit D.

Mavis,
Please consider getting the Benicar in place before weaning from the hormones. It is usually a gentler way to work into the MP.
Sometimes avoiding D and/or light can provoke IP/herx before even starting the Benicar. So watch for that as well.

Thank you Joyful- love the name
I will do as you suggest and not get rid of the hormones before I get the Benicar because I have only been off the vitamin d for three days and already i feel it .
I was taking 1000iu of vit d daily and my diet was rich in vit d as well ;( lots of eggs and salmon and an avocado a day!) as well as two high potency complex Vit B tablets and a multivitamin and iron supplements and lots of flaxseed meal and plenty of cheese. I would drink plenty of green tea too, so I have had to drastically change things!
To think I was trying to get healthy! Needless to say my fibromyalgia symptoms where getting worse, my asthma too. I also developed restless leg syndrome and new sensitivities that cause my eye to feel cold.
I downloaded some info for my husband so he could understand what is going on and also read all the links that you have posted for me I appreciate your help.I will continue to read all the other links in the many articles, the biggest challenge will be convincing the doctor, thankfully there is even a page posted about that

I am supposed to be having two teeth pulled for some orthodontic work and of course they might prescribe pain meds , should I do this before starting Benicar?Or Is it o.k to have them pulled during phase one.

IMO I think that if you are going to pull them out, do it now, because the anesthetics with epinefrine are not MP suitable and, extractions involve bone, blood and pain, the pain killers arent problematic though, you can have them. so do that first, if you have to, and then start your MP.
regards
marion
