Just recently I started the MP. I consider myself a newbie still learning about MP. I don't have any terrible immunopathology or light sensitivity so I went shopping to IKEA just a few days ago. As I was walking through the lights section I really got dizzy, wow did I really get dizzy to almost a point where I thought I’m going to faint soon. But I remember I was starving didn't eat much and decided to get a snack at the IKEA, which helped allot. The dizziness could have been a combination of both not having to eat for too long and just because it was so bright. There were hundreds of lights from every single corner. When I came back home I started to read about the UV lights and my new energy saving light bulbs. I found an article that mentions that this kind of feeling was reported before in people with many different health conditions, and they are investigating if energy saving lights are safe to use. The governments have a plan to ban the old standard light bulbs so that it’s more enviroment friendly. I'm all for the environment friendly stuff, but I don't want to get sick over it. Make sure you stock up on you regular light bulbs before that takes effect.
Check out these links for your self. These UV lights are not only affecting us on the MP, but also other people with many different health conditions.
