First, I am no microbiologist, so forgive my question if it is very basic, but I am just reading all about the science behind the MP like perhaps many others on this site and the main MP site.  I get the fact that it is the so-called "L-form bacteria" that are at the root cause of Th1 inflammation.

Asked another way, would a bout of Pertussis contribute to Th1 inflammatory disease?
