I was infected with Lyme 9 years ago, misdiagnosed and mistreated for Lupus, FMS, CFS.Recently found someone who diagnosed correctly, did 10 weeks on IV Rocephin which left me with a host of difficulties including pancreatitis, liver inflammation and recurring kidney stones, and  lowered resistance to bacterial infections (none of which I had problems with prior to the antibiotic treatment). Due to all the post-treatment issues relative to the medications, I am really not sure that I have benefitted. I would like to consider the MP, but need to find a doctor who will work with me - this is not easy in Florida where Lyme is not endemic and most doctors refuse to treat it. (I was exposed in MAssachusetts where I spent a lot of time hiking, climbing, etc). Am interested in possible exporling the MP once I am fully recovered from the effects of the Rocephin. MAny thanks in advance for your assistance.
