The Board of Directors of the Autoimmunity Research Foundation met during the weekend, and discussed a number of initiatives to solve the logjam which has resulted from the (temporary) closing of new memberships on the MarshallProtocol.com study site.

As a first step, the Phase 1 and Phase 2 protocol documents have now been published on our website, so that your physicians can get them without having to untangle a bunch of red-tape.

Please keep an eye on the forums over the coming weeks :):)

The Autoimmunity Research Foundation is currently transitioning from the support model we have used in the past, to a more structured end extensible environment, suitable for collaboration with Physicians, Universities, and Hospitals.

Those who are not part of the MP Study Site cohort at MarshallProtocol.com:
please be patient while we put the new support systems in place.

Your Physician may phone Dr Marshall, and/or email a request to be registered in the Private Section for Health Professionals
at the Marshall Protocol Study Site, where physician support is available available.

You can post general questions at
The MP and Th1 Discussion, Advocate Moderated site. Register your username and activate your membership when you get the confirmation email.

If you feel you cannot wait to begin your recovery, we recommend:
-Work with your doctor to implement the instructions in the MP guidelines.

-Print out the guidelines so you can check them regularly.

-Follow the guideline as written for safety and efficacy of treatment.

-It is your responsibility to see that your prescribing doctor is following the MP correctly.

If you feel you are ready for Phase 2 please post a request for transition to Phase 2 in your own report discussion thread in the
Non-medical support for those on MP forum. If you have been posting progress regularly the Foundation will do its best to support you and your physician during the transition.

Above all, please read the material already posted on the Foundation's website whenever you have a spare moment. A large proportion of he workload on the Advocates is spent answering questions which have already been answered 100 times. Remember, more than 1100 have been through the MP cohort before you, there is unlikely to be anything significantly different in your disease presentation, or in your recovery trajectory.

There is a new version of the Phase 1 document at

http://AutoimmunityResearch.org/phase1.pdf

Everybody should read this, even if you are already in phases 2 or 3.
